Head of Operations – Americas

About the role

Innovamat is seeking a Head of Operations for the Americas to serve as the strategic right‑hand to the Global Head of Operations. Based in Mexico City, you will help scale the company across the region by turning global frameworks into local execution and building strong operational foundations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional projects that drive growth and scalability across supply chain, finance, customer support and operations.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies and execution gaps quickly.
• Ensure alignment between local business teams, Mexico operations and HQ leadership in Spain.
• Translate global strategies into practical local processes and support market expansion.
• Build reporting structures and decision‑making frameworks for the Americas region.

Required profile

• Strong background in operations, strategy, consulting, engineering or related fields.
• Experience in fast‑growing, high‑performance environments.
• Proven ability to lead visible, cross‑functional projects.
• Previous experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations or regional operations roles.
• High ownership, resilience and execution mindset.
