HR Business Partner – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support its growing global workforce. This remote position will work closely with business units and senior management to provide strategic HR guidance and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with business units and leadership to address HR matters.
• Analyze turnover trends and develop retention programs and policies.
• Monitor and apply labor regulations for Argentina and Latin America, minimizing legal risk.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies and procedures.
• Resolve complex employee issues and provide solutions.
• Assist international staff with expatriate assignments and related HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Business Partner or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine and broader Latin American labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the IT sector or regional HR responsibility is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
