IT Engineer – Manufacturing Systems Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to support the information systems and infrastructure of our manufacturing operations. The role combines on‑site factory support with collaboration with headquarters IT, ensuring reliable daily operations and effective problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support for factory users, troubleshooting daily system issues.
• Collaborate with headquarters IT teams to maintain continuous operation of information systems.
• Manage and maintain computers, servers, and networks to meet production requirements.
• Install, configure, and update software, hardware, and networking components.
• Monitor and maintain ERP, MES, and other production management systems.
• Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to users.
• Document IT configurations, processes, and incidents.
• Communicate with providers and manage inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end manufacturing processes (design, production, procurement, sales).
• Strong command of English for written and verbal communication.
