Adobe Experience Platform Architect

About the role

Cognizant is looking for an Adobe Experience Platform Architect to join its MarTech team in Mexico. The role focuses on designing and documenting the future‑state architecture of the B2B marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration of Adobe Real‑Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and documentation of future‑state architecture across the B2B MarTech stack, including integrations with Adobe Real‑Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Assess the impact of platform changes, enhancements, and new integrations on existing capabilities to prevent disruption.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, data‑flow models, and design documentation to reflect the current and evolving state of the ecosystem.
• Partner with Data Engineers and Product Leads to validate the technical feasibility of roadmap items before execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in MarTech, enterprise IT architecture, or digital marketing technology.
• Proficiency with architecture and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and Miro.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Real‑Time CDP.
• Solid understanding of MarTech platform integrations, data pipelines, and dependency management.
• Ability to evaluate change impacts and communicate risks clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.
