IT Solution Architect – Order to Cash

About the role

Corning is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead the transformation of its Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) technology landscape. You will work within a team of Solution Architects, designing and enabling IT capabilities that align with technical roadmaps and support Architecture and Service Owners.

Key responsibilities

• Align OTC system initiatives with the broader IT OTC landscape and create technical designs from functional requirements and user stories.
• Provide technical leadership for projects and product enhancements that meet business requirements.
• Oversee order‑to‑cash systems, manage end‑of‑life transitions, and ensure seamless integration across supply‑chain processes.
• Direct agile teams of senior SAP analysts and coordinate external partners and consultants within a DevOps framework.
• Lead the design, delivery, and support processes while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in supply‑chain IT and SAP environments (ECC, S/4, GTS or comparable).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor agile teams of senior analysts.
• Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash processes and system integration.
• Experience working in a DevOps‑oriented delivery model.
