Junior Controller

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Controller to strengthen our controlling function and support decision‑making across the business. The role works closely with local management and the MESAPARTS corporate team, turning financial and operational data into clear insights that improve profitability, costs, and plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor measurable performance standards, including financial targets (cost per item, profitability) and operational KPIs (production efficiency, quality, OEE, tooling performance).
• Compare actual results versus budgets and standards by product, customer, and area, identifying variances and root causes.
• Lead deviation analysis and coordinate corrective action plans with relevant departments.
• Prepare and update quarterly forecasts, explain variances and provide visibility to local management and the corporate team.
• Use feedback and feed‑forward control to adjust actions and support future planning and budgeting.
• Provide data‑driven reports and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of controlling and reporting processes across the company.

• Clear and assertive communication, able to work with different levels and areas of the organization.
• Ability to challenge indicators and processes constructively and drive action plans.
