Logistic Flows Analyst

About the role

The Logistic Flows Analyst is responsible for analysing, designing and improving both internal and external material flows within a manufacturing environment. The role supports the continuity of production by optimizing scheduling, transportation, and storage processes while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse material and inventory flows to identify bottlenecks and accelerate physical movement.
• Design, develop and improve tools, equipment, packaging, and flow organization for assigned areas.
• Provide technical support for plant projects such as layout changes, new product introductions and value‑stream analyses.
• Implement and monitor visual reorder or pull‑flow systems, ensuring they meet budget and timeline constraints.
• Negotiate with carrier companies, propose logistics protocols with suppliers, and track transportation costs.
• Communicate precise information to carriers, manage crisis situations, and ensure backup coverage.
• Support activities that maintain the Quality System and Valeo Production System (VPS) standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in material flow or supply‑chain environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, purchasing and logistics teams.
• Good communication skills for interacting with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Valeo Production System (VPS) or similar production methodologies.
