Logistics Coordinator – Mexico

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator ensures freight is delivered and picked up on time, providing first‑class service to GlobalTranz’s client network. Working across multiple internal teams, the coordinator acts as the primary point of contact from pickup to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑level operational support for client shipments through tracking, inbound/outbound calls, texts and emails.
• Clarify load requirements with carriers and confirm drivers have accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Maintain constant communication with all GlobalTranz stakeholders regarding load status.
• Utilize and update GlobalTranz’s load management system to track shipments.
• Prioritize load board activities to maximize departmental productivity.
• Support the OS&D department by gathering detailed information to resolve shipment issues quickly.
• Handle client problems according to standard operating procedures and escalate when necessary.
• Provide backup support to other department team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in administrative support or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with urgency and independently while contributing to a team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with telephony technologies.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
