Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures continuous operation of production machinery and all related plant installations. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, building systems, and utilities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, air compressors, dryers, extractors, HVAC, electrical and lighting systems.
• Maintain building infrastructure including gas, sewage, flooring, ceilings, walls, and basic construction work.
• Create and manage spare‑parts lists, complete work orders, and record measurements to predict failures.
• Execute lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) procedures and work safely at heights.
• Document maintenance activities, generate reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plant layout drawings.
• Self‑directed, able to work under pressure and follow safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
