Technical Functions Expert – Cleanliness

About the role

The Technical Functions Expert (Cleanliness) acts as the technical voice for the Juarez plant, supporting value streams and ensuring process standards for automotive component cleanliness. You will collaborate closely with international competence centers and lead the definition of clean‑room processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain process standards for VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2 and ISO 16232 compliance.
• Participate in process definition meetings at lead plants and drive knowledge exchange across value streams.
• Support new product launches with technical expertise and feasibility studies.
• Conduct capability studies, failure cost analysis and contribute to problem‑solving and risk assessment teams.
• Train and coach value‑stream engineers and organize cross‑plant knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical or software engineering related to automotive cleanliness.
• Strong technical background in VDA and ISO cleanliness standards.
• Advanced English communication skills.
