Marketing Manager – Administrative Support

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Administrative Support to keep the marketing engine running smoothly for our hotel portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will act as a light PMO, ensuring operational excellence across brand, digital, partnership, loyalty and field marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance, calendars, status reporting and work‑intake processes for the marketing organization.
• Track deliverables, dependencies and invoices across Brand, Digital, Social, PR and Field Marketing.
• Develop, maintain and publish job aids, SOPs, checklists and RACI matrices for hotels and internal teams.
• Manage the marketing budget, contract tracking and invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communications so properties can see and leverage marketing assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in the hotel or property sector, preferably with multi‑property oversight.
• Exceptional written communication in English; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Self‑starter with strong organization, follow‑through and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Working knowledge of key database systems for marketing operations.
