Coordinator, Marketing Film Campaigns

About the role

The Coordinator, Marketing Film Campaigns will support Disney Studios Marketing by managing the administrative and operational aspects of theatrical and Disney+ film releases. This role ensures that marketing plans are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts around marketing plans for both Disney+ and theatrical releases.
• Create purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and oversee contract administration.
• Implement key actions for each title to drive successful marketing campaigns.
• Serve as the liaison between marketing strategy, internal departments, and external partners such as exhibitors and vendors.
• Collect and analyze post‑release data to evaluate campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, preferably in entertainment, technology, consumer goods, or advertising agencies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, flexible, collaborative mindset with a creative orientation.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
