Microservices Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Microservices Developer to join our team in Mexico City. The position follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office, while the specific days are defined by each manager, area, or project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices according to project requirements.
• Work with managers, areas, and project leads to schedule on‑site days.
• Attend occasional on‑site sessions for planning, refining, or training that may last up to one week, especially during the first week of assignment.

Required profile

• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work three days per week on site.
• Flexibility to attend occasional on‑site periods of up to one week.
• Openness to future scenarios where a client may require 100% on‑site work.
