About the role

We create high‑quality STEM training data for cutting‑edge AI models used by leading AI labs. As a Chemistry Expert – AI Trainer you will design deterministic chemistry problems that require deep reasoning, domain knowledge, and computational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Design challenging chemistry problems that mirror real scientific workflows.
• Create deterministic tasks with a single verifiable correct answer and fully documented solutions.
• Develop reasoning‑intensive, computationally grounded problems using Python and appropriate chemistry software.
• Ensure all tasks are reproducible, technically precise, and clearly documented.
• Write concise, rigorous technical explanations in English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
• Research or industry experience with computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with scientific libraries.
• Solid understanding of modeling, numerical approaches, and chemical reasoning.
• Ability to design original, difficult problems beyond textbook recall.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing.
