OnStar Fleet Account Manager

About the role

The OnStar Fleet Account Manager will support General Motors' OnStar fleet services by monitoring performance, analyzing data, and influencing strategic decisions. This mid‑level position works across functions to ensure efficient operations in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators and report trends.
• Analyze, interpret, and plan actions based on data insights.
• Maintain efficiency and adapt processes in a rapidly changing environment.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical, project, and process teams.
• Communicate and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, data analysis, customer/distributor relations, and negotiations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Eligibility for hybrid work (on‑site at least three days per week).

Required skills

• Power BI (PBI) for data visualization.
• Microsoft Office suite.
