Operador General de Producción

About the role

Watkins Wellness is looking for a General Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Mexico. The role involves performing repetitive, low‑complexity tasks either manually or by operating automated machinery to assemble components or finished raw material for the final product.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble units or components using hand tools or automated equipment.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently on the production line.
• Handle materials, push, pull, tighten or twist objects as required.
• Maintain visual quality standards by selecting parts of varying sizes and identifying colors.
• Lift and move items up to 25 kg while following ergonomic guidelines.

Required profile

• Primary education completed (preferred).
• At least 3 months recent factory experience with tool usage (verifiable).
• Ability to read and write basic Spanish.
• Good manual strength and mobility for routine material handling.
• Optimal vision for size discrimination and color identification.
