Operations Representative

About the role

The Operations Representative will keep logistics operations running smoothly during overnight hours, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and customers receive support outside regular business times. This position operates in a 24/7 global environment and balances on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Create orders, activate shipments, build loads and schedule appointments following company SOPs.
• Validate load data in CHR systems and monitor load boards and email accounts for carrier and customer requests.
• Document milestone events, resolve routine exceptions, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
• Run and distribute reports, track service level agreements and ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Identify and suggest operational enhancements to improve department efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work overnight shifts (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) and weekends.
• Strong communication, prioritization and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
