Operations Trainer – Guadalajara

About the role

Paylocity is seeking an Operations Trainer to design and deliver training for its internal operations teams in Guadalajara. The role focuses on equipping new hires and existing staff with the skills needed to excel in their roles and support career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced training sessions in person, virtual and blended formats for operations, Inside Sales, Client Training and Implementation teams.
• Conduct new‑hire onboarding, advanced skill workshops, leadership development and performance‑support programs.
• Mentor and coach learners through shadowing, one‑on‑one sessions and follow‑up support.
• Identify training gaps, perform needs analyses with stakeholders and create targeted learning solutions.
• Apply adult‑learning principles and adapt facilitation styles to diverse learning preferences.
• Collaborate with L&D specialists, instructional designers and business partners to align curriculum, materials and delivery methods.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering advanced training to internal audiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult‑learning theory and various learning styles.
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide performance support.
• Excellent facilitation skills adaptable to in‑person, virtual and blended environments.
