Aeronautical Instructor

About the role

The Aeronautical Instructor is responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training to administrative and technical personnel. Training is based on standards set by civil aviation authorities, aeronautical regulators and equipment manufacturers, and includes managing the documentation generated for training purposes and evaluating staff competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide theoretical and practical training to staff.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Follow up and develop On‑Job Training programs.
• Design and update courses and study programs.
• Monitor special process certifications and federal licences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of technical information and standard tools.
• Familiarity with the aeronautical sector.
