Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Preventive Maintenance Coordinator ensures the reliability and efficiency of the preventive maintenance program for the injection‑molding area. Working closely with the Maintenance, Automation and Production teams, the role plans, schedules, releases and follows up on all preventive maintenance activities to support overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive collaboration between Maintenance and Automation teams.
• Execute the preventive maintenance plan for injection‑molding equipment.
• Create, modify and balance preventive maintenance task lists and BOMs.
• Release weekly maintenance plans and monitor their execution.
• Track daily PM completion KPIs and generate weekly change requests.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with Production to minimise impact on OEE.
• Monitor PM compliance, schedule attainment and work‑order backlog, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Manage external contractors and OEM service providers for specialised tasks.
• Purchase tools and spare parts required for preventive activities.
• Participate in LCI and SAT/IMAT actions for the area.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning or a related manufacturing role.
• Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Use of SAP (or similar ERP) for work‑order management.
• Creation and modification of Bill of Materials (BOM) for maintenance tasks.
