About the role

Motherson Group is seeking a Process Engineer focused on Lean and Continuous Improvement to enhance production processes at its facility in Saltillo, Coahuila. The role involves applying engineering principles and lean methodologies to drive efficiency and productivity across assembly lines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and optimize assembly line layouts to improve throughput.
• Implement lean manufacturing tools and techniques to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience with core engineering tools and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on productivity enhancement.
