Procurement Coordinator – Automotive

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator supports sourcing, purchasing and supplier management for automotive components, raw materials and services. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective procurement while maintaining production continuity and meeting quality, cost and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and order management processes.
• Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support cost control initiatives and perform basic cost analyses.
• Help ensure quality and compliance with internal standards.
• Prepare and maintain procurement‑related reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum two‑year degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least four years of relevant procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Understanding of quality systems, EHS, product safety, compliance and information security requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and maintain reliable attendance.
• Ability to multitask and interact professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
