Products Finance Controller

About the role

Bring IT is seeking a Products Finance Controller to own revenue recognition and cost analysis for its portfolio of technology and professional‑services products. This role will partner with cross‑functional teams across Latin America to ensure financial accuracy and drive strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end revenue recognition processes, aligning with product contracts and pricing structures.
• Analyze cost of services (COS) and margins at both product and service levels.
• Support annual operating plan (AOP) planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with FP&A.
• Track sales orders, billing flows, and revenue movements to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with Finance Operations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, controls, and audit‑ready processes.
• Act as a finance business partner to cross‑functional stakeholders, providing clear financial alignment.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, controlling, revenue operations, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, COS and margin analysis, and month‑end close.
• Background in SaaS, subscription‑based, tech consulting, or professional services environments.
• English fluency; exposure to international operations is a plus.
• Accounting or Finance degree (or equivalent professional experience).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Advanced data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
