Project Manager – Healthcare Marketing Agency

About the role

Patient Pipeline, a fast‑growing healthcare marketing agency focused on ophthalmology, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns for LASIK and cataract surgery practices. You will act as the operational backbone of the client delivery team, ensuring timelines, communication, and quality meet the high expectations of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project execution across a portfolio of ophthalmology marketing clients.
• Own timelines, task assignments, and delivery to guarantee nothing falls through the cracks.
• Provide client communication including status updates, meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate internal teams (content, ads, design) to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Identify and flag bottlenecks early, proposing solutions to prevent delays.
• Document processes and drive workflow improvements as the agency scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience within a marketing agency.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously without loss of quality.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Comfortable working independently, making judgment calls without constant supervision.
• Available during US business hours (CST/EST preferred).
• Healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus, not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp or Monday.com (or equivalent).
