Project Coordinator – Remote (Marketing & Retention)

About the role

You will be the backbone of No Limit Email’s production process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal strategists, designers, copywriters, and specialists. Your focus will be on delivering every email‑marketing and retention project on time, directly impacting revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day production across client accounts using ClickUp.
• Transfer briefs, assign tasks, and keep project statuses accurate at all times.
• Handle client communications for approvals, feedback, and ad‑hoc requests.
• Flag delays and risks to strategists immediately.
• Coordinate quality assurance before work is sent to clients.
• Facilitate team meetings and maintain organized project documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience within a marketing agency.
• Solid understanding of email marketing and retention campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in ClickUp and Google Workspace.
• Sharp attention to detail, excellent written communication, and consistent follow‑through.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving, and comfortable owning outcomes.
