Project Manager – Operational Transformation & Transitions

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead operational transformation and process transition initiatives for a global organization expanding its Shared Services model in Mexico. The role focuses on migrating and centralising business operations from multiple international locations into a regional hub, ensuring continuity and long‑term stability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and stabilise end‑to‑end transition projects across countries.
• Manage migration of processes, including knowledge transfer, documentation, parallel runs, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, IT and global leadership to drive standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, manage escalations and ensure clear communication between global and local teams.
• Support change‑management activities to secure adoption of new processes.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of project management experience, specifically in process transitions and operational transformation.
• Proven track record of managing business process migrations in multinational or Shared Services environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organisational levels.
• Advanced/Fluent English for daily interaction with global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid).
