Purchasing Analyst

About the role

The Purchasing Analyst supports daily operational and project‑based procurement for the Mexico Service & Management Platform. You will ensure that all purchases of products, services, materials, and equipment meet quality, cost, delivery, and compliance requirements while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing processes and follow‑up with suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost savings.
• Analyze quotations, evaluate alternatives, and optimize procurement costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services for projects and operations.
• Support cross‑functional projects and coordinate with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or supplier management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
