Raw Material Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Raw Material Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Raw Material Supply Chain Replenishment Manager in managing import purchase orders and ocean freight logistics. Based in Guadalajara, the role starts remotely and will shift to a hybrid model by year‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage purchase orders and sea‑freight PO’s in the ERP system, ensuring all commercial and logistics details are captured.
• Update shipment tracking systems with container details, departure/arrival dates, carrier information and status.
• Maintain accurate ERP records for each order, including vessel data, customs documentation and vendor confirmations.
• Receive, organize and archive supplier shipping documents, verifying them against ERP entries for quantity, pricing and terms.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with management, suppliers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably with purchase order processing.
