About the role

The Internal Fleet Logistics Analyst monitors and tracks the company’s internal vehicle fleet, providing real‑time position updates and ETA forecasts. The role ensures drivers follow logistics programs, maintenance schedules, and that fuel and urea assignments keep the fleet operational.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor internal fleet routes and generate position and ETA reports.
• Supervise driver activities and verify compliance with logistics and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate essential services, fuel and urea distribution for fleet functionality.
• Produce transport status reports for service areas, customers and suppliers.
• Document and report incidents, anomalies and process deviations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite at the Aguascalientes Components Plant.
• Experience with fleet management systems and route‑optimization tools.
• Familiarity with inventory and material‑handling processes.
• Understanding of production lines and operational balancing.
• Skills in operations research and quantitative decision‑making.
• Strong cross‑departmental communication and leadership abilities.
