About the role

We are seeking a detail‑obsessed, process‑driven Recruiter who views hiring as the foundation of a high‑performing organization. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, elevate both candidate and stakeholder experiences, and build scalable, well‑documented hiring processes that drive quality, compliance and long‑term business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruitment from intake to offer, managing multiple requisitions with speed and precision.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, competencies and structured evaluation criteria.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies including direct outreach, referrals, job boards and talent mapping.
  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive and respectful candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Act as guardian of the hiring journey, ensuring alignment with employer brand, hiring standards and company culture.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Experience teams to ensure seamless transition from offer to onboarding.
  • Analyze candidate feedback and recruitment metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity within the ATS.
  • Provide structured progress updates and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine recruiting workflows, documentation standards and compliance practices, leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening and reporting.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Experience teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong process mindset.
  • Strategic thinking about how hiring impacts performance, engagement and retention.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
  • High empathy and professionalism in candidate and internal interactions.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Required skills

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
  • Knowledge of structured interview methodologies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment compliance and documentation standards.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into recruitment workflows.
  • Data analysis for informed decision‑making.
