Regional Client Management Executive

About the role

The Regional Client Management Executive will lead communications and strategy for Amex GBT’s travel clients in Mexico City. You will build and nurture relationships, align account plans with client objectives, and drive growth across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning sessions, review and account plans for each client in the portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic business growth plans, focusing on retention, expansion, cross‑selling and profitability.
• Design travel program spend strategies, technology roadmaps and commercial contract negotiations.
• Interpret T&E compliance and leakage reports, create compliance plans with clients.
• Lead client onboarding, product implementation, maintenance and training, coordinating with the Travel Partner Network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client management and business development within the travel industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and financial foresight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, including negotiation.
• Effective time management, organization and prioritization.
• Collaborative approach with global teams.
