Innovative Solutions Manager – Surgery (Mexico)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Innovative Solutions Manager for its Surgery business in Mexico. The role will define and drive the Innovative Solutions strategy, positioning integrated services and solutions as a key lever for value creation, market expansion, and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Mexico Innovative Solutions strategy, aligning it with business unit priorities, commercial objectives, and customer needs.
• Partner closely with Health Economics, Key Account Managers, Medical Affairs and Account Leads to define, tailor and implement innovative customer solutions and value propositions.
• Oversee design, governance, deployment and lifecycle management of scalable, integrated solutions from concept through implementation.
• Lead cross‑functional internal and external teams to implement integrated solutions, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Monitor project execution, track ROI and business impact, and provide visibility to internal stakeholders and customer C‑suite executives.
• Bring actionable customer insights and partnership opportunities from the market, and build external alliances to co‑develop solutions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across health economics, key account, medical affairs and commercial teams.
• Strong influence skills to embed innovative solutions into commercial plans without formal authority.
• Analytical mindset to translate customer insights into partnership opportunities.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
