About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Pipeline & Client Relations Coordinator to support new client growth for a U.S.-based client. This fully remote position works on Arizona time and bridges sales coordination, CRM management, proposal support, and client communication.
Key responsibilities
- Respond thoughtfully to new business leads and ask insightful questions to assess fit.
- Maintain accurate CRM records across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Track lead status, follow‑ups, proposal timelines, and next steps.
- Attend discovery meetings and translate insights into clear internal briefs.
- Prepare customized proposals, letters of intent, and presentations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and proposal timelines with internal teams.
- Research RFP opportunities and manage submission schedules.
- Refine client‑facing messaging based on feedback from leadership and clients.
- Support handoffs to delivery teams for a seamless client experience.
- Represent the team at virtual and occasional in‑person client events.
Required profile
- Confident English communicator who builds rapport naturally.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
- Experienced with CRM systems and sales pipeline tracking.
- Self‑directed with strong time‑management skills.
- Strategic, curious, and able to connect client insights to practical next steps.
- Coachable, inquisitive, and eager to grow.
