Senior Construction Manager – Hotel & Mixed‑Use Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead hotel and mixed‑use real‑estate projects in the Caribbean. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on site leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of hotel and real‑estate construction projects.
• Develop and implement construction strategies, schedules and cost estimates.
• Oversee on‑site and off‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants and internal teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Review and approve construction plans, designs and documentation against statutory and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve design changes, variations and technical disputes.
• Maintain project quality through regular audits and adherence to the quality plan.
• Provide technical and commercial input during design, procurement and construction phases.
• Support engineering and operations teams with construction‑related issues and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in hotel development and real‑estate construction.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Strong risk‑management and project‑control capabilities.
