Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (Top‑Tier Strategy Firms)

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments that mimic real‑world consulting engagements. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing and evaluating structured consulting tasks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
