SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Expert Lead

About the role

EPAM NEORIS is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Expert Lead to drive the design, implementation, and governance of Plant Maintenance (PM) processes across global S/4HANA landscapes. You will lead migration initiatives, define test strategies, and ensure clean‑core extensibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the full lifecycle of physical assets using SAP PM and Enterprise Asset Management concepts.
• Lead migration and remediation projects, including data migration using LTMC and Simplification List analysis.
• Define and execute PM test strategies (SIT, UAT, regression, integration).
• Own PM integration with FI, CO, MM, AA and external systems via standard APIs, IDocs, and event‑based mechanisms.
• Establish and govern extensibility strategies on SAP BTP, ensuring upgrade‑safe solutions.
• Coordinate procurement integration for non‑stock spare parts and manage document linking for equipment.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance module and Enterprise Asset Management.
• Experience with key master data (equipment, functional locations, PM assemblies).
• Proven track record of at least two SAP migrations and familiarity with migration tools.
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core principles and governance of cross‑module integrations.
