Senior Continuous Improvement Manager – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the CI agenda across Latin America for BD, a global medical technology company. The role will define the regional vision, align it with corporate strategy and drive execution through local leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and communicate a shared CI vision for the region and ensure its execution.
• Align regional strategies with project portfolio management and prioritize initiatives.
• Define and apply Lean and Project Management methodologies for program development, implementation and monitoring.
• Develop CI competencies, train associates and mentor project leaders.
• Facilitate the Latin America project portfolio scorecard, reporting and best‑practice sharing.
• Guarantee project benefits in cost savings, avoidance and efficiency, and maintain a tracking platform.
• Support customer‑experience projects by building pipelines, training sales/clinical teams and ensuring delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 8 years leading Continuous Improvement programs and managing project portfolios.
• 3 years of regional‑scope experience and fluency in English.
