Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Strategy

About the role

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of Americas Manufacturing. You will work cross‑functionally to translate long‑term ambitions into actionable roadmaps that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic projects that transform manufacturing operations and align with corporate direction.
• Co‑lead development of 3‑to‑5‑year manufacturing strategies, integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain and global teams.
• Build, maintain and communicate a comprehensive roadmap covering capacity, technology, digitalisation, productivity and risk mitigation.
• Define prioritisation criteria, manage the initiative funnel and enforce stage‑gate, readiness and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate leadership team meetings, synthesise insights and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders across the Americas and the global network.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business analysis or project management.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
• High agility and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is desired.
