Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition partner will ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent aligned with business needs. Reporting to the hiring manager, this role designs and executes effective recruitment strategies across administrative, operational and internship positions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, selection and hiring processes for administrative staff, operators and interns.
• Manage the junior recruiter and internship team, delegating tasks and overseeing performance.
• Develop recruitment strategies, including geographic analysis to identify candidate pools.
• Upload and track requisitions in the HR platform and conduct briefing meetings with hiring managers to clarify candidate profiles.
• Publish job openings on internal and external job boards, schedule interviews and liaise with authorized providers for psychometric assessments.
• Administer psychometric tests, handle medical and employment documentation, and ensure complete candidate paperwork.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and position requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proactive service‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to apply even if not all qualifications are met.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment ERP systems, preferably Workday.
• Knowledge of psychometric testing tools.
