Social Media & Content Manager – LATAM (Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to become the daily voice of LBX across Latin America. You will craft and publish engaging Spanish‑language content that resonates with retail traders, builds community, and aligns with brand and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow LBX LATAM’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn in Spanish, following the Brand & Creative team’s strategy.
• Create, edit and publish short‑form videos, podcasts, YouTube videos, carousels, stories and educational posts for the LATAM audience.
• Develop a monthly content calendar linked to market events, product launches, F1 moments and regional trading trends.
• Collaborate with affiliate and partner teams to produce co‑branded, shareable assets.
• Monitor LATAM trading communities (Telegram, WhatsApp, forums, fintech spaces) to spot engagement opportunities and drive organic growth.
• Ensure all content passes compliance review before publication.
• Track and report monthly organic growth and engagement metrics.
• Adapt global campaigns to the cultural context of LATAM in coordination with the global creative team.
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes, content trends and emerging formats.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of social media and content experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, crypto or another trust‑sensitive sector.
• Strong understanding of how retail traders consume content in LATAM.
• Hands‑on video creation and editing skills.
• Ability to work from a creative brief and deliver consistent output across platforms.
• Familiarity with compliance review processes for financial content.
• Proficiency in English.

• CapCut (or similar video editing tool).
• Adobe Premiere (or similar video editing tool).
