Social Media Manager & Storytelling Associate

About the role

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a remote‑based Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the major platforms and leverages AI tools to amplify the organization’s story. You will drive the brand’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and beyond, turning clinical success into compelling digital narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce on‑brand graphics, carousels and educational posts at scale using Canva AI (Magic Design, Magic Write, text‑to‑image) and maintain a comprehensive Canva Brand Kit.
• Create AI‑generated imagery and rapid assets with Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express without a full Creative Cloud suite.
• Develop reusable content templates and visual systems in Figma AI to ensure brand consistency across formats.
• Design lightweight web‑based assets (landing pages, microsites, patient story galleries) using Replit AI, eliminating the need for external developers.
• Edit short‑form video for TikTok and Reels with CapCut AI, Runway, HeyGen or Descript, adding auto‑captions, voiceovers and visual effects.
• Manage the end‑to‑end content workflow, from concept through publishing, ensuring each piece aligns with the organization’s mission and tone.

Required profile

• Native familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts and a strong instinct for platform trends.
• AI‑native creative mindset, comfortable experimenting with emerging design and video generation tools.
• Self‑starter able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
