About the role

Oracle is seeking a Marketing Specialist who can blend technology insight with creative campaign execution. The role focuses on translating cloud, app, and digital‑transformation concepts into compelling marketing narratives that drive pipeline and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate advertising into multi‑channel marketing campaigns, selecting optimal methods and techniques.
• Plan, manage, and execute pan‑geography corporate and local media plans.
• Develop and implement advertising creative for corporate and local campaigns, including tier‑2 local advertising.
• Maintain brand advertising guidelines and ensure consistent integration across the communications mix.
• Oversee partner advertising, conduct brand communications audits, and measure advertising effectiveness.
• Orchestrate events ranging from executive sessions to large‑scale industry gatherings.

Required profile

• Technology‑driven background or strong exposure to Cloud, Apps, and Digital Transformation.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused narratives.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams including Sales, Industry leaders, Partners, and Agencies.
• Strategic thinker who connects marketing activities to pipeline impact and customer outcomes.
• High ownership, comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited resources, and shifting priorities.
• Agile mindset, continuous learner, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
