Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to solve real problems with clean, scalable, and reliable code. The role is remote within Mexico and offers ownership of meaningful product areas while collaborating with senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product partners to design and plan features.
• Develop services, APIs, UI components, and data integrations using modern engineering practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Write automated tests and ensure work meets acceptance criteria and reliability standards.
• Add logging, metrics, and monitoring to maintain system health.
• Participate in fast, automated CI/CD build and release processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and occasional on‑call rotations under guidance.
• Engage in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong backend or full‑stack development experience with .NET frameworks.
• Proficiency with GitHub, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and cloud‑native development.
• Solid understanding of automated testing and observability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and a mindset of ownership and continuous learning.
