Staff DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & AI Automation

About the role

10Pearls is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The role combines traditional DevOps responsibilities with cutting‑edge AI‑powered tooling to accelerate software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple business units.
• Develop and manage Harness pipelines, ensuring reliable software delivery.
• Build, deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible or AWS CloudFormation.
• Automate production deployments for high availability and scalability.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide rapid resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps tools and AI‑driven solutions.
• Champion AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and design agentic AI workflows using MCP, LLM‑powered agents, LangChain or AutoGen.
• Establish security, privacy and compliance guardrails for AI tool adoption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong background in Linux‑based systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools, especially Harness, and version control (Git).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
