About the role

BairesDev is building a new consulting capability that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. As a Strategic Consultant you will partner with senior leaders to turn ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Structure complex or vague business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Identify growth, efficiency, or transformation opportunities for clients.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete roadmaps and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with client executives and internal delivery teams.
• Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in a Product Management or equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology contexts.
• Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems and create actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
