End User Computing Administrator – Endpoint Management

About the role

FBS, part of Farmer Business Services, is seeking an End User Computing Administrator with strong endpoint management experience. You will be responsible for packaging, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications and devices across Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Package and deploy Windows and macOS applications using Microsoft Intune, including Win32 apps, Microsoft Store apps, shell scripts, and PKG/DMG packages.
• Maintain standardized packaging practices such as detection rules, dependencies, uninstall commands, and return‑code handling.
• Own the full application lifecycle from intake through retirement, managing versioning, validation, and rollback strategies.
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows, configure Enrollment Status Page, device naming conventions, and assignment logic.
• Develop and maintain endpoint configuration policies for Windows and macOS, including compliance, security baselines, update rings, and device restrictions.
• Use Nexthink Infinity to monitor endpoint health, create remediation campaigns, and provide actionable telemetry insights.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, application delivery, policy application, and overall endpoint issues in collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise application packaging and deployment for Windows and macOS.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Strong understanding of endpoint configuration, compliance, and security standards.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with security, infrastructure, and support teams.
