Supply Chain & Logistics Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain & Logistics Director to lead end‑to‑end material flow, procurement and international distribution for our operations in Mexico. Reporting to the COO, you will shape cross‑border strategies that connect our Mexican facilities with North American markets while ensuring resilience against freight and transit bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise multi‑modal distribution networks linking Mexico to North America.
• Lead strategic negotiations with high‑value logistics suppliers, oversee raw‑material procurement and manage contracts.
• Implement predictive data models and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to boost inventory turnover and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with cross‑border customs regulations, freight security standards and 3PL performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years managing complex corporate logistics or supply‑chain networks for multinational organisations.
• Deep expertise in cross‑border customs, freight security and third‑party logistics (3PL) management.
• Fluent bilingual communication (Spanish and English) with strong presentation skills for C‑suite and international stakeholders.
