About the role

We are seeking a detail‑obsessed, process‑driven Recruiter who views hiring as the foundation of a high‑performing organization. In this position you will own end‑to‑end recruitment while elevating both candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from intake to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to define success profiles and evaluation criteria.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and talent mapping.
• Deliver an inclusive, respectful candidate experience and act as the guardian of the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Experience teams to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding.
• Analyze candidate feedback and process metrics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity within the ATS, providing structured updates and market insights.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Experience teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to documentation excellence.
• Strategic mindset with an understanding of how hiring impacts performance, engagement, and retention.
• High empathy and professionalism in candidate and internal interactions.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with structured interview methodologies.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into recruitment workflows.
