Talent and Development Facilitator

About the role

Stripe is seeking a Talent and Development Facilitator to lead the onboarding and learning experience for new employees in Mexico City. Reporting to the Employee Onboarding and Engagement team, you will be the primary point of contact for delivering Stripe’s culture and mission to new hires and supporting various employee development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in‑person new‑employee onboarding (Stripe 101) at the Mexico City office on a bi‑weekly schedule, creating an interactive and inclusive learning environment.
• Lead selected all‑Stripe and manager development workshops, both virtual and in‑person, covering skill‑building topics.
• Develop and deliver presentations grounded in adult‑learning principles, updating content with subject‑matter experts and incorporating participant feedback.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven improvements to onboarding workflows, tools, and experiences.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to scale program enhancements and address new‑hire questions and issues.
• Analyze participant feedback and metrics to evaluate session effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter with strong facilitation and program‑management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver learning content for diverse audiences.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and operational execution skills.
• Experience supporting manager and leadership development initiatives.
