Talent Acquisition Sourcer

About the role

Scopely is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join its global Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will help identify and engage top technical and non‑technical talent for the company’s mobile gaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches across North America and Europe.
• Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline with high‑touch communication.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and use data to uncover opportunities and market insights.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Partners and Coordinators to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Provide candidates with accurate, inspiring information about Scopely and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a global sourcing or talent research function within the tech or gaming industries.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, flexible and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and constant change.
• Excellent interviewing, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Fluent English communication.
